This website is an archive of our clients’ weddings and my adventures in capturing one of the most important events in their lives. I post a new picture (actually a frame from their wedding film) about twice a week, and there’s usually a several month lag behind what’s current, but not always.
A select handful of weddings are chosen; each one chronicled for several weeks.

bluecore media is a Vancouver-based wedding production outfit specializing in short-form documentaries. Our primary approach is on a contemporary, elegant style of work focusing on candid moments of people and emotions.

About Me
My name is Loi. I live in the city of Vancouver, and work each summer and fall shooting the busy wedding season.
Eight years ago, I rekindled my passion for capturing stories through the fantastic medium we call “television”. I discovered I had a unique talent to tell a story by using clips and sound-bytes. What I really discovered was the timeless art of storytelling.
In 2006 and 2007, I was voted into the EVENTDV25 All-Star Team as one of today’s top 25 most influential videographers. Numerous industry publications printed articles in praise of my style (which can be considered as “stylized documentary”) – currently the rage among my peers.
